Holaaaa...
As i mentioned earlier in my previous post, I'm in a process to reduce my calories in take so that I can reduce my body mass. Pftttt...penat wei kadang-kadang tu dengan lelemaks ni.

So seperti mana yang hampa tau, kami banyak follow tips from Kevin Zahri sebab tips dia antara yang sesuai untuk kami. Tapi ada orang kata tips kami ni sebenarnya sama dengan Atkin stage apa ntah. Kami tak pasti sebab kami tak study pasal Atkins. Kami cuma watch calories in take kami ja hari-hari.

So far, Alhamdulillah dari boleh belasah nasik 2 pinggan satu session sebab sentiasa lapaq sebab duk bf mek tembun ni, berjaya gak control portion nasi kami.

Birthday Celebration

As another year passed by, I'm so blessed to have people that i love around me. Thanks for His Mighty for givin n blessin me with a good health, family n also the rezeki that He showers me and my lil family.

Sebenarnya bila da usia mnganjak and semakin kertu ni...malas gila kot nak celebrate2 bagaikan...ni pun cadangnya nak makan2 ja kat luar lepas potong rambut dekat rumah. And tak sambut on d date pun..lewat sehari bcoz masa 3rd july tu my husband was busy preparing payslip for his workers. Selaku bini yang memahami, I dont mind pun. Janji jangan lupa beday aku sudah la kan.

Dari nak makan kat Swensens  Autocity yabg sejengkal ja dari rumah terus terzasss ke TGIF kat Queensbay Mall. Guna ayat ni ja...

Me : b..it will be nice if we can eat something beefy2 ni...
Hubs nooded.
Me: do u think what I'm thinkin?
Hubs drivin straigt away from Autocity.
Hubs : Me too cravin for that.
Me: i know u very well...dats why u married me..ur bestfren on earth...our brain connect to each other!

Aishah looks like a doll yang orang juai kat Toys R Us yanv kadang2 bila tengok tu menakutkan tu.


Susah nau nak tangkap gambar anak dara sorang ni haihhh.


Our fav steak in d world Tanesse Steak..mesti medium rare ja tau.


Comes with 1 free side meal. So i choose mushroom soup.


N he chose salad. Salad ni kan aku buat sedap lagi kot.


Disebabkan kami order 2 main dishes...so kami entitled for 2 kids meals. Best kan. This one fish n chip, not bad...sedap jugak!


And Adriana's fav meal, creamy chicken pasta. Both kid meals ni actually quite a big portion tau. 

Melepas jugak la kepingin nak makan steak tu kan. Fuhhh sedapnya lah steak half cook gitew....me n my husband memang tak prefer well done punya sebab selalu makan steak org Melayu well done keraih kong and tak sedap! But this one juicy wei...sedap nak mam!

Thanks hubs sebab belanja walaupun mula2 aku yg offer nak belanja. Tapi sebab masa last tu aku tak tahan nak terkucil tetiba masa nak pi bayaq tengok-tengok dia da bayaq. Hehehhe.

So kembali kita dengan entri untuk Travelog Perth ni, entah bila ntah nak siap kan. Tapi apa pun, jom kita sambung ya.

Selepas ja selesai makan Charcoal Chicken dengan lamb rack yang maha sedap tu (previous entry, click HERE), maka kami pun bergerak pantas ke Perth CBD. Ya kali ni kami check in dekat area town pulak. Untuk kali ni, kami pilih untuk stay di Kings Perth Hotel yang terletak di Hay St yang femes di Perth tu.

Hotel ni agak old skool ya. Interior dalaman semua serius old skool. Tapi ok ja dis hotel, selesa. Memang betul-betul terletak dekat Hay St and bersebelahan dengan Murray St ja. Pendek kata everything is walking distance giteww.

Sory takdan nak tangkap gambar dalam hotel ni. Sebab sampai-sampai tu melepet macam lepat dah terus humban segala luggage bagai dalam bilik. Cuma yang pasti bilik dia memang besar, bilik yang kami dapat sebijik macam ni. Ada katil queen and single macam tu. Kalau anak 2 3 pun boleh lagi sumbat dalam hotel ni sebab luas je kot. Plus katil tu pun muat kot. Kami 3 beranak dalam ni memang selesa la jugak. Tapi bagi aku, tak berapa nak best sebab takda microwave macam kat hotel kat Scarborough tu. Yang tu kira tiptop la.

Suka toilet dia sebab stail guna mozek kecik2 dulu. Old skool sangat wei.



Tapi seperti biasa the flaw dia, this hotel takdak parking ya! Bear in mind kalau hotel dekat area town yang mcm gini mmg takdak parking ya. But, hotel ni sebelah dia ada parking bertingkat tu BUT per day is 30AUD! gila hang!!!tanjat makjem tauuu...tapi untuk pengunjung Kings Perth Hotel boleh la dapat 15AUD!  but kalau convert stil pengsan!!! Their parking fare mmg mahai gilos weiii..

No wonder la tak banyak kereta dalam area Perth CBD ni..tenang ja kat sini..kat "pekan" Perth ni, silap-silap Baling pun banyak lagi wei kereta.  Maybe ni la langkah-langkah yang gov diorang amik untuk elakkan traffic congestion;buat parking fare mahal nak mampos...and dats what Malaysia try to duplicate and implement soon. Tapi public transport kt Perth ni tip top meletop kak lina pom pom kot. 

So kiranya, hotel ni amatlah sesuai bagi mereka-mereka yang tak sewa kereta bila mai Perth ni and commute guna public transport ja. Kalau tak, bayar ja lah parking fare yang mahal itewww.

So malam tu lepas mandi and berehat-rehat and golek-golek, hubs ajak jalan-jalan kt Hay St. Keluar jalan-jalan tu ada kot dalam kul 9pm+ tapi dia punya lenggang tu macam kat Malaysia kul 1pg. Muahahahha. Perth is lovely n calming oi! 


Kul 9pm+ da lenggang wei padahal ni macam kira area Bukit Bintang la kalau kat Perth tu.


Makyong jalan sana time tu pun releks2 ja, Aishah dalam perut pun xbanyak hal sangat. Singgah ke 7E kat Hay St beli hot choc 3 in dia pun sedap nak arwah wei.

Mula-mula beli satu share laki bini pastu ehhh tak tahan patah balik 7E beli lagi satu sebab sedap sangat nak share 2 orang oiii. Adriana pun behave ja kt sana sebab sejuk kan. Pusing-pusing la kami jalan-jalan kat Hay St and Murray St tu. 

Last-last penat jalan maka kami pun singgah la kedai pak arab tu supper, makyong dah lapaq gitew...


Lamb pizza!

Kedai Pak Arab ja yang bukak sampai lewat2 malam ni. Masuk dalam kedai ni penuh dengan orang Malaysia ja. Rasa mcm kat Malaysia pulek. Kedai makanan Msia pun actually banyak ja kat sini tapi tutup awal la kan.

Maka pulanglah kami ke hotel dengan kekenyangan dan ready untuk lena. Esok ada lagi tempat lain untuk diterjah.

Yeah..i know dis kinda late to update what look i got for my 1st Day of Eid. Yes, normally first day ja beria make up with color lens bagai, 2nd day there u go bla bla bla...

So let see how my 1st day of Eid face looks like.

Lip- lipmatte from FAME Cosmetics in Glam.
Mascara- Mixiu ( d best mascara ever for my bulu mata pendek and tak nampak macam ada bulu mata ni)

As I mentioned earlier in my previous post, I will start posting about my daily food in take, eat clean menus here so that I can stay focus and keep in track giteww haaa.

So to be frank, aku lebih sukakan method "diet based on calories" . Apa yang best bila based on calories ni kita boleh makan menda yang kita suka but bear in mind kena ikut portion yang ditetapkan (refer here) .

So macam mana nak tau or kira berapa kalori yang badan kita perlukan daily.
Sebenarnya senang ja, sebab dia based on tinggi kita, weight , umur n lifestyle kita.

Meh aku cerita sikit ya kalau hampa tak paham tau:

First hampa kena tau, cara nak determine Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR). Cara calculate BMR antara kaum Adam n Hawa berbeza tau

Lelaki: 66 + (13.7 × berat dalam kg) + ( 5 × tinggi dalam cm) - ( 6.8 × umur)
=X

Perempuan: 655 + (9.6 × berat dalam kg) + (1.8 × tinggi dalam cm) - (4.7 × umur)
= X

Secondly, hampa kena tau tahap keaktifan diri hampa. Ni orang panggil Faily Calorie Requirement (DCR).

Meh tengok tahap-tahap dia:

Individu yang tak bersenam langsung and pasif. Reja dia makan tidoq makan tidoq la kiranya = 1.2
Individu yang aktif sikit-sikit. Senaman sekali seminggu ka= 1.375
Individu aktif sikit-sikit/ senam 3-5 kali seminggu= 1.55
Individu yang aktif sangat/senam almost everyday=1.725
Individu yang terlampau-lampau aktif+ kerja berat/senama berat 2x sehari=1.9

So total calorie intake
= BMR × DCR

Paham tak?
So based on that kalau korang nak maintain, gain or reduce berat korang, korang kena la berpandukan calories in take yang badan hampa perlukan. Kalau nk loose weight, then u should lower your calories in take.

So macam aku, sebab aku still secara aktifnya breastfeed kan Aishah, so aku kena total up dalam 300-500cal lagi dari total yang aku dapat tadi. Tapi sebab aku nak reduce weight, so aku kena be extra careful jangan lebih dari calories yang aku kena amik. 

Untuk kurangkan berat badan, caranya tetap sama seperti yang tidak menyusu – iaitu mesti adanya defisit kalori yang anda boleh belajar cara membinanya daripada eBook Panduan Kurangkan 5kg 5 Minggu saya.
Tetapi … oleh kerana anda sedang menyusu, anda perlu tambah bilangan kalori hasil daripada penyusuan bayi. Contohnya, katakan anda dah ikut langkah2 ebook dan dapat kiraan kalori intake sebanyak 1200kcal. Now kalau anda menyusu sepenuh masa (katakan 500ml) sehari yang bersamaan dengan 400kcal (lebih kurang), anda perlu tambah 400kcal kepada 1200kcal atau bersamaan 1600kcal.
Also pastikan 1600kcal itu datang daripada sumber makanan yang berkualiti – pastikan adanya sumber fiber dan protein yang mencukupi. Ini akan membantu anda kawal nafsu makan – Kevin Zahri

Petang tadi baru pi stock up some veggies kat C Mart. Bestnya dapat beli some mushrooms yang fresh-fresh. Esok nak buat stir fried mushroom and brazilian spinach. Sapa cakap menu eat clean tu tak sedap wei...as long as korang kena pndai la control amount of sugar & salt dalam daily consumption korang.

It's been a tiring day. Pffttt eating non stop...well come on..we're talking bout a festive season kot. Name me, rendang? Nasi tomato? Sup gear box??? Arghh all dat fatty fatty boom boom. Mati la.

I think I need to control a bit my appetite n need to watch out my calories intake.  I'd been using excuses like..hellooo lapaq kot...Aishah sedut susu I tak berhentim truth is memang cepat lapaq pun bila bf ni.

Tomorrow nak kena start eat clean dat suits bf mom like me. I have already calculated how much my daily calories intake for me ( mine would be different cause I need to add at least 300-500calories as I'm still actively breastfeeding Aishah)....pfffttt...
Need to buy all the healthy veggies, fruits,nuts and  green tea to speed up my metabolism.

Last time I've been following Kevin Zahri method, Nasi tak bersalah..yang bersalah tu hang yang makan nasik macam buat bendang sapa suruh😂😂😂
Last time with the method of segenggam nasi and control my calories intake I managed to shed 5kgs. But after that, i gone cheat day like forever! Lepas tu start la mem-badak-kan diri balik! Lols.

But this time around! I need to stay focus to shed this fat that I've carrying around for years!

So, as starter and as refrences. I need to jot here a lil bit so that I can sedaq diri and back on track kalau da sesat jalan.😁😁😁

Yes yang ni paling betul. Aku pernah ja makan guna plate kecil Corelle tu. Suprisingly, I found out that eating in small plate boleh ja aku rasa kenyang! So lepas ni Alia, ko makan la pakai pinggan kecik tu ya!

Kena cari menu eat clean yang best-best ni lepas ni. 

Ok lah, I lena dulu naaa.
