Haa tajuk macam apa ja kan
Kahkah..pedulik ahhh.

Daun limau purut ni makin galak berdaun baru. Bila amik ja daun lama nanti keluar daun baru. Suka sangat.

Ni pulak pokok yang tengah viral lani Rubber Plant omputih panggil or nama scientific dia Ficus Elastica. Yang ni aku amik pucuk dia kat tepi jalan sajia. Balik cucuk dalam tanah. Hahahha.

Ni pulak pokok montera delicosa aku. Tak tau la kenapa lahai daunnya cenggini. Katanya over watering..aku rasa macam watering seminggu sekali je kot. Huwaa. Ni aku letak dekat luar sebab nak bagi tanah dia kering skit. Harap-harap ok la mau keluar daun baru ka😣😣😣

Ni pulak pokok cili yang aku campak dari benih cili kering  tak silap aku.  Buah dah banyak berjuntai-juntai tapi sayang nak amik. Spesis apa la aku  i sayang nak amik pulak. Tengok la esok ka aku kutip. Hahahahaha

Ni pulak fiddle fig kesayangan atau nama scientific dia Ficus lyrata. Haa sama species dengan si Rubber Plant tu gak. Ficus ficus gitewww.

Harap-harap nanti dapat la makan kangkung fresh from balcony kan..sayur sekarang pun dah mahal tau.
Hee sapa cakap aku pandai tanam pokok? Tangan sejuk? Tak jugak. Sebenarnya nak tanam pokok ni pun kena tau cara dia. Pokok2 mati tu biasa dah. Kalau tak mati tu kira bukan part of learning process la kan. Tapi yang penting jangan give up ok.

So korang simpan sayur2 korang macam mana ye?

Cili, carrot and kacang dalam satu kategori. Sayur berdaun satu kategori gitew. Wah siap ada kategori nyahhhh. Hahahhaha

Ok lah untuk serai and the gang aku biasanya akan letak diorang ni dalam satu bekas berisi filteres water. After a few days aku akan change air tu.

Untuk yang cili and the gang aku akan letak dalam bekas tupperware, lapik tissue and then letak few cloves of garlic untuk kekalkan kesegaran dia.

After 10 days still macam baru beli dekat Jusco.

So korang selalunya simpan sayur-sayur korang macam mana ya? Jom share tips korang plak. Mana tau boleh buat penambah baikkan pulak kan.

Ye lah kalau tak beli banyak pastu kena buang ja...tak ke rugi namanya. Jadi isteri and mak orang ni otak kena ligat pikir macam-macam.

Cara dia?
Apa ZERO WASTE LIFESTYLE tu wei?
Yes plastik! Pernah tak hampa terpikiaq berapa banyak kita buang plastik everyday? And pernah dak hampa terpikiaq where all the plastik end up? Most of it will end up in the land fills and the rest will go straight to the sea and oceans.

Even in United State they have this garbage island on their sea. Haaa. Jangan main-main korang. Plastik yang ringan terbang masuk sungai..then masuk laut. Kesan dia?

So can you guess where is the end up of all those microplastic? Yes in our stomach. And do you know how harmful plastic can be to our health? Camon bebeh..its carcinogenic! Google please what is carcinogenic!

Degradation of plastic will form a microplastic!

This is what we called microplastic.

So the microplastic will eventually end up in our plateπŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘

So korang boleh tau kan kenapa banyak negara yang banned pengunaan plastic macam straw semua tu? And they prefer using paper to pack their things? This is one of the course why they banned it...
So dah tau kenapa kerajaan ambil langkah nak haramkan straw di KL? tapi aku harap sangat diharamkan ke seluruh Malaysia. Its a good thing kot kan. And aku harap juga jangan ada komen bodoh cakap straw nak haram kan...yang arak xnak haram kan pulak...arak tu jeles2 HARAM untuk orang Islam...yang dah kenapa nak kena minum cerdik pandai oiiii. Yang ni under kementerian alam sekitar. Yang satu lagi under  kementerian agama Islam kan. Dah tentu2 memang arak tu haram diminum orang Islam. Kang jadi lain kang.
Jom kita tengok macam mana cara nak adapt dengan Zero Waste lifestyle ni. Antara cara-caranya untuk how to go no waste adalah:

  • Reusable water bottle ...tapau ayaq and everything using ur resusable water bottle.

  • Use ur tote bag to shop! Sekarang dah banyak negeri buat hari NO PLASTIC BAG kan...PENANG EVERYDAY NO PLASTIC BAG OK! releks ja kami2 ni. Dah 8 tahun dah rasanya.

  • Reusable straw and utensils

  • Sapu tangan instead of tissues.

  • for ladies..instead using disposable panty liners or menstrual pads u can change to cloth pad n cloth panty liner. It's economical, safer for ur Miss V , pockets and the environment.

  • For babies, instead of using disposable diapers, you can go for cloth diapers. Same reason with why you should change to CD. This one memang take a lot of courage la...kena rajin. My 1st one i memang pkaikan CD most of the time kecuali time outing or travelling. The second one kadang2 ja...i feel bad about it. Seriously😣😣😣 and i hate how much disposable diapers waste came out from my house!

And fo course keep "The 5Rs" in our mind.
What is 5R?
Refuse what u dont need (yeah i will try!!!)
Reduce what u need (yeah crossing my finger again..i will try my best)
Reuse what you consume.
Recycle what you cannot refuse, reduce and reuse.
And start Rot (compost) the rest.
Maybe kita tak boleh buat semua tu..but a liltle change can bring a lot of different to our environment. Imaging kalau kita dapat reduce the usage of plastic bag, takdak la landfill tu makin mnggunung and plastic island makin membesar kan.
So lets change our lifestyle for a better world.
