Peminat sambal kena cuba sambal ni

 Ok guys 




#pencintasambal datang ke mari. Ni sambal apa taktau la kekdahnya tapi;

Bahan-bahan: 

Ikan bilis segengam penuh

Cili padi segengam penuh

Bawang merah2 biji

Bawang putih 7-8 ulas

Satu sudu besar asam jawa @adabi_consumer 

Sedikit air 

Gula

Serbuk perasa

Minyak untuk menumis


Cara-cara:

1. Blendkan kesemua bahan di atas kecuali gula dan serbuk perasa.

2. Panaskan minyak dah tumjs bahan2 diblend tadi.

3. Masak sehingga pecah minyak dan perasakan dengan gula n serbuk perasa. 


Aku tak letak garam sebab dah guna ikan bilis. Takut masin nanti. Kalau xguna serbuk perasa boleh skip. Kalau nak simpan lama makan kena letak minyak lebih sikit. Tapi ni xsampai berapa hari dah yilek pocikkkk ni. Kalau bawak travel ni ngammmmm oiiii. Goreng teloq buh ni. Setel 😋😋😋
