Mendalam kata-kata Almarhum TJ.
Still can't move on bila dapat tau TJ telah pergi dijemput Allah.

Kagum dengan kekuatan TJ.
#fightlikejalil.

Lagi sedih bila baca rintihan hati bonda Almarhum Raja Zarith Sofia. Itu lah perasaan seorang emak.

It's ok TJ, sleep well now. U had been through a lot of pain. Selamat berehat bersama Sang Pencipta. U are in a good hands now , Tunku.

A very sweet, charming and fighter prince. No wonder why people love him so much!

Terpampang la kat media-media sosial macam fb tu bad service hospital kerajaan. Nak beranak kena tidoq atas lantai la. Aduhhhh memang aku takleh nak hadam sangat cita ni oii.

Tu belum lagi cerita misi gila nak tengok konek lelaki. Doktor laki pulak berebut-rebut nak tengok faraj mak-mak nak bersalin. Nah amik kau faraj lagi haaa..

Kalau nak ikutkan pengalaman aku, aku memang check up masa mengandung kat government ja. Klinik Desa Juru n Klinik Kesihatan Bukit Minyak. Sekali sekala ja balik scan kt angah kt HBSB. Pernah 1 kali scan dekat Pearl Maternity kat Penang ni and 3D scan dekat Mahsuri Jitra tu. Ikutkan semua pengalaman aku kat tempat-tempat ni semua ok ja.

Klinik Desa Juru paling lama aku tunggu turn utk misi check heartbeat baby aku semua cuma lah 30 minit. Klinik Kesihatan Bukit Minyak la yang lama berjam-jam pun. Tunggu dari pagi kul 12.30 pun x setel lagi. Perut lapaq n klinik tu pulak panas nak mampos oi almaklumlah klinik lama. Sekarang dah rasmi guna yang baru and I can't wait to try. Tapi bila time doctor check tu ok ja. Siap dia explain satu2. Cari heartbeat baby slow-slow and ajaq aku tengok kaki la jantina la kepala la apa la (walhal aku tak paham n nampak pun okey!

Disebabkan tu jugak la dari nak amik half day off terus jadi full day off. Hahaha. Ater da abih kul 12.30. Nak makan lagi.

Tunggu2 main tenet sat. Pintu bukak aku org first yang masuk. Fuhhh lega. 2.30 da siap boleh balik lena lagi kat rumah.fuhhhh lega wei. Lagi 1 nak habaq na, kat KK biasanya depa pakai system kwasan ok. Contohnya untuk kawasan Juru ni akan kena check up kat KK setiap hari Khamis setiap minggu. Hari lain utk kawasan lain pulak. Jangan la hampa suka2 p terjah tak ikut kawasan. Depa pun ada system depa nak kena follow kak oi.

Pernah masa mengandung disebabkan false contraction / braxton hicks masa 33 weeks aku kena tahan kat Hospital Seberang Jaya.

2 hari kena tahan kat HSJ. fuhhh azab. Kalau aku nak bersalin, memang awai-awai aku lari p GH Penang kalau terpaksa. Sebab angah pun cakap GH penang lenggang sebab orang-orang kat Penang byk bersalin kat private. Otak aku memang da set kalau tak sempat lari balik Jitra memang aku p lari beranak kat GH Penang ja lah. Azab aku tengok kat seberang jaya tu. Dah la hospital lama, bilik ayaq pun eerie wei.

Tapi Allah permudahkan urusan aku, masa nak bersalin tu aku ingat lagi time tu baru 37weeks+ so memang aku asyik rasa senak macam nak berak pun ada. Aku memang sungguh-sungguh tahap killer whales dah. Slow mo gila. Perut pun melayut-layut. Aku siap da kawtim la ngan doktor aku sorg tu nak amik MC ja kan. Penat ahhh nak usung perut boyot aku tu kat production. Dengan bau chemicals lagi. Aiyoooo.

Layanan memang first class. Hospital pun baru kan. Dapat pulak bilik yang sorang tu. Lega laaaa. Tapi sunyi gak la kan. First and second day tu aku memang xbf lagi Adriana sebab susu tak keluaq lagi. Pastu nanti siap ada misi yang bahagian penyusuan lagi mai courage pasal bf tau. Terharu mak jem oi. Memang overall aku berterima kasih sangat-sangat lah kat staff2 wad bersalin kt HSB tu haaa.

Ok la mai cerita part baby pulak, seingat-ingat aku masa Adriana masuk 4 bulan kot dia ada demam-demam and batuk-batuk. Time tu memang da risau. Mau tak mau memang time tu bawak dia p HSJ. Memang kena tahan la jawabnya, doctors semua ok. But the annoying parts are, kalau ada 10 orang doctors wat ward round, 10 orang la hang kena jawab soalan yang sama. Yang tu memang aku nak bebai gak la. Can't u just read the report. But knowing they just following their procedure aku layankan ja lah. Banyak yang menanya pun HO gak. Satg tak tanya kena bambu ngn MO depa pulak. Kesian pulak kan. Pastu part katil rapat2 tu la yang agak sadis. Dah la dengan nak bf Adriana lagi kan. So dari situ la husband aku nekad amik AIA insurrance untuk kami anak beranak. Geng-geng Prudential jangan la sentap pulak aku takmau amik Prudential naa. Aku memang taknak Prudential pun, memang dari awal2 da suruh husband aku sign up for AIA. So stop asking why AIA? sambil wat muka cencorot tu naa.

Ok since da ada inssurance, mesti la sakit nak guna inssurace and check in private hospital kan? Ye dak??? So ada satu time tu Adriana umoq berapa bulan tak tau la. Maybe 1 tahun lebih skit kot kan, demam taknak kebah and ada macam kahak. So kami pun bawak la dia ke KPJ BM ni. First jumpa paeds dia pun aku rasa da fail gila dah! Time tu dia sorg ja paeds kt KPJ tu tapi dengaq kata lani ada peads lain dah. Baru doctor tu nak check dengupan jantung dia, dia da reyau sekuat-kuat alam. Terus doc tu taknak proceed check. Dia macam takut-takut nanti Adriana teriak lagi. Aiyooo boleh pulak macam tu eh.

So tengah hari tu check in la kat ward. Sebab takut la kan. Diorang pun nak amik sample kahak Adriana sama takut la ada viral infection ka apa ka. Kami stay kat bilik yang 3 orang tu. And esok petang tu kami boleh discharge sebab result kahak dia takdak apa-apa. Can u guess how much they charged us?RM1K++ per nite for 3 persons/room, dah la tak drip apa pun. Over gila nak charge sampai 1k plus macam tu. Memang tobat lahom la nak p aku kata kt husband aku. Dengan bilik tak best nyam doctor pun macam kehampeh-san tu.

Second time Adriana demam panas tak baik-baik kami laki bini decide nak bawak dia hospital kat belah island since husband aku pun keja belah2 sana kan. And aku pun time tu da start tak kerja dah kan. Called our agent, which one to go LWE or Gleneagles? He told ua better for us to go to Gleneagles. Bukan LWE tak bagus. LWE ok ja. Tapi agak crowded since charges dia agak murah. Personally he told us the rate tak banyak beza pun. Nearly the same. So kitaorang pun decide untuk ke Gleaneagles ja.

Kat Gleneagles, paeds yang kitaorang jumpa time tu Dr Chea. Suka cara dia handle Adriana yang kuat menjerit tu. Kewl ja dia. Dia kata takpa menangis pun xpa. But doc needs to check u Adriana. Suka aku. Kompiden kat situ da satu hal dah. Doctor pun cekap n kemas!

And paling best kitaorang stay kt Gleneagles utk 1 bilik sorg tu for 4 days 3 nights tau dak charges dia berapa? Rm2k++ ja. Memang lepas-lepas tu kitaorang kalau Adriana sakit xmau baik2 ja bwak check in ke Gleneagles la. Service tiptop. Doctor cekap. Nurse pun ok. Kalau KPJ tu dulu masa aku kena operation removed tonsils pun aku panggil mngadu sakit kat tempat drip ayaq n ubat tu and mintak tukaq p tangan sebelah da wat muka bagai. Aku lesing kang baru akai. Choi sangat2 lah. Memang menyampah lahai kat KPJ tu!

Tu la kan, pendek kata tak semua hospital kerajaan tu teruk nak mampos sangat. And tak la semua hospital swasta tu bagus gila. Aku lempang jugak kang.. yang misi2 n doctor bajet baguih tu tak kira la kat swasta ka kat government ka tu bukan masalah hospital tu sebenaqnya. Yang masalah tu depa ja. Nak2 kalau yang keja government tu, dah la tak cukup orang. Pastu kena cover keja 2 3 orang, kalau aku pun mungkin sehari ja aku jadi doctor yang hari lain-lain aku jadi HULK terus ja.

And lagi satu dari kita membebel2 taknak doctor lelaki sambut kelahiran bini kita or misi pompuan basuh anu bapak hampa, baik hampa set kan bila ada anak pompuan nanti bagi depa pelajaran bagus2 and suruh depa jadi MO / Specialist kat O&G department. Pastu anak lelaki hampa pulak set kan la jadi misi lelaki. Boleh dak lagu tu? Negara kita pun kekurangan misi lelaki wei!!!

And satu lagi, kepada pihak hospital swasta tolong lah jangan terlalu mengambil kesempatan dan duk over charges just because of that piece of shit ( inssurance card) wei.

Dah korang takyah nak risau2 dah. Dengan tepung kek ajaib ni...korang cuma perlu tambah 2 bijik teloq sahaja tau. Aku handwisk ja. Sebab tahap malas nak keluaqkan hand mixer bagai. Nampak tak malas aku level berapa? Dengan sabun homemade punya order aku nak kena kejan, memang tepung kek ajaib ni memang power la.
Haaa ni lah dia tepung kek ajaib tu. Yang ni untuk chocolate moist tau.
Ajaib gila cuma letak 2 bijik teloq sahaja.

Aku as usual lagi sekali pemalas, kukus saja.

Amcam?terlioq dak????

Jump Street has hosted numerous small to large sized corporate groups and our Jump Referees are very experienced in handling large numbers of people. Each group will be assigned a Jump Referee to serve as your host, where he/she will be with you from the moment you arrive, during the checkin process, lead the warm-up and stretching and conduct the Basic Trampoline Skills lesson.

S/he will lead other Jump Referees to brief your team members on the rules of each activity, to keep score, and most importantly, they will ensure that each jumper jumps within their capabilities and are safe at all times. Please find below a sample of the jumping activities that a group would generally participate in.

Ice Breaker @ Main Court
After the Check-in Process, our Jump Referees will conduct a Safety briefing and lead your group through some stretching and demonstrate 5 basic trampoline skills:

· Straddle Jump
· Tuck Jump
· Pike Jump
· Knee Drop
· Seat Drop

Trampoline Dodgeball @ Dodge Ball Courts
Dodgeball Teams will play a competitive game on both courts using the Round Robin Format.
· Teams will earn points depending on how many players are left on the Court, based on 10 points per player (Eg.: 3 players left standing = 30 points).
· Time limit given per game is 3 minutes.

NBA Sharp Shooter @ Slam Dunk Lane
· Each team gets to play this game together.
· The object of the game is to score as many hoops as possible within a time limit of 2 minutes.
· For a team of 10 people, we recommend the breakdown of jumpers as follows:
· 10’ hoop = 3 jumpers, 9’ hoop = 3 jumpers, 7’ hoop = 4 jumpers.
· Points will be given based on the following:
· 10 Hoop = 30 points, 9’ Hoop = 20 points, 7’ Hoop = 10 point

Foam Pit Relay @ Foam Pit
2 teams will jump at the same time.
· A large black padding will be placed 5 feet from the trampoline.
· Each jumper needs to jump into the foam pit, touch the Dodge Ball, crawl out of the foam pit and tag the next person.
· The process is repeated until all team members complete the challenge and are Saved.
· Points are given for each Saved Player in the team, based on 10 points per player.  Time limit given is 4 minutes per team.

Jumping Safety .
Let’s get one thing clear: Jump Street is serious about your safety.
Jumping on trampolines is a high intensity sport and it may result in injury. If you act recklessly and endanger yourself or other jumpers we will ask you to leave. We want you to have the best time of your life, but we won’t sacrifice safety for anything.

Every jumper at Jump Street will have to sign our Waiver and Release of Liability and Terms and Conditions before they can jump (which you’ll do when making your online booking). In this page we just call that document “the waiver” to make it easier. But once that’s done, the fun starts. Check out our rules below (which may change from time to time).

Jumping on a trampoline is an inherently dangerous activity and can be categorised as an action or extreme sport. Patrons of Jump Street Malaysia, by participation, accept these risks of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware.

Each jumper (or their parent /legal guardian for jumpers under the age of 18) entering the trampoline jumping areas is required to sign the waiver prior to commencing their jumping activity. By signing the waiver the patrons acknowledge that they have read and understood the risks associated with this activity and agree to behave in accordance with our rules.

Here at Jump Street we have developed a set of safety rules designed to minimise the chance of injury while jumping, bouncing and having fun on our trampolines. It is important to understand that potential for injury remains even when jumping safely. The risk of injury can be greatly reduced by following the four golden principles:

1. JUMP ONLY WITHIN YOUR LEVEL OF ABILITY
2. NEVER TRY TO LAND ON YOUR HEAD OR NECK
3. BE AWARE OF OTHER JUMPERS
4. FOLLOW THE RULES
SAFE JUMPING RULES

GENERAL JUMPING RULES – apply across all areas of the trampoline park
BEFORE YOU JUMP:

DO NOT JUMP if you have health limitations or injuries, are pregnant or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
ALWAYS empty your pockets and remove all objects from your mouth.
NO sharp objects or protruding objects on clothing allowed on courts.
NO cameras, phones or any other hand-held devices allowed on courts.
All jumpers MUST wear Jump Street grip socks and a correct wristband.
WHILE YOU JUMP:

NEVER attempt to land on head or neck
ALWAYS remain in control
ALWAYS watch out for other jumpers and give smaller jumpers right-of-way
ALWAYS follow the Jump Referees’ directions
DO NOT attempt any activity beyond your skill level
DO NOT jump or land on padding
DO NOT affect another jumper’s bounce in any way
DO NOT sit or rest on trampolines
NO rough play, pushing or running
NO climbing or hanging on nets
NO food or drink on trampolines
DO NOT JUMP IF a Jump Referee is not present
Performing flips and tricks can result in serious injury – perform flips and tricks at your own risk.

ADDITIONAL FOAM PIT SAFETY RULES

NEVER dive head first into the pit.
ALWAYS be in control and safely land on your feet, back or bottom.
ALWAYS wait until previous jumper is out of the pit.
DO NOT throw the foam cubes or linger in the pit.
Performing flips and tricks can result in serious injury – perform flips and tricks at your own risk.

ADDITIONAL HIGH PERFORMANCE SAFETY RULES

Trampolines in the High Performance area have stronger bounce. For safety reasons jumpers under 110cm in height are not allowed into this area.

Performing flips and tricks can result in a serious injury – perform flips and tricks at your own risk and never attempt activities outside your skill level.

ADDITIONAL BIG BAG SAFETY RULES

NEVER attempt to land on your head or neck.
ALWAYS be in control and safely land on your feet, back or bottom.
ALWAYS wait until the previous jumper has exited the bag.
ALWAYS exit the bag to the side.
DO NOT exit the bag back towards the platform.
ABSOLUTELY NO tampering with the air bag.
