Isnin lepas aku pesan la kat laki aku beli ayam percik kt param...tpi yg aku dpt hnya lah ayam panggang yg cenoet...dah la mahai...seketoi sampai rm4...rsa mcm hampagas...uiii...sakit hati oiii...then hri selasa lpas msa duk tgh drive blik keja trus kol mama mntk resipi ayam percik mama...tgh duk menurun tu tetiba line putus...bila kol blik bleh mama duk wat lawak...afc channel...aku mcm apehal plak mama aku ni...demam ka?...aku terdiam...dua kali plak tu repeat afc channel...pastu aku terus...mama ni acik kol main2 plak...pastu mama terus jawab...u ngn adik u kol mama ja mntk resipi...haihhh...hahaha...ingat aku ja wat perkara terkutuk ni...adik aku pun sama...hg mmg adik aku betoi la...oh ya..adik aku ni lelaki..tpi dia pndai msak...so kt umah sewa dia tu dia la chef...tapi dia tak auww yer...gf dia cik shud tu untunglah kalau berlaki kan adik aku ni...ehh apehal aku duk puji mamat ni...oh ya...dia selalu perasaan dia remy ishak..n aku akn kata podahhh sbb aku kan suka remy ishak...tapi hakikatnya mmg ada pun rupa sket2...cuma aku mlas ja lah nk admit..puihhh...
Oklah back to d recipe...

Bahan2 untuk ayam percik versi makjah:
Ayam
Bawang besaq 2 labu
Bawang puteh byk2~bgi naik bau mama kata
Serai~2 batang
Halia patut padan
Cili padi 4~5 biji
Serbuk cili
Santan pekat
Garam
Gula
Pak ajinomoto

Cara2:
1. Blend kan bawang puteh, bawang besaq,halia, cili padi, serai satu batang...
2. Then tumis bahan2 yg da diblend tdi...msukkan serbuk cili bagi merah sket.
3. Then masukkan santan pekat agak patut padan..
4. Masukkan ayam yg da dicuci...biaq msak skali senang...pastu buh segala garam...pak aji n gula..balance serai satu batang lagi tumbuk2 ngn lesing batu n buh skali dlm kuah.
5. Bila da nmpk ayam tu da msak..terus keluarkan panggang...
6. Yang kuah tu biarkan api dia..biaq smpai pekat...
7. Bila dok gril tu...tempek2 sket kuah yg makin pekat tu...
8. Then angkat ayam...buh atas pinggan...n atas ayam tu...curahkan kuah percik yg pekat tu...
9. Sedia utk dimakan wktu berbuka...

Fresh Tomatoes

Onions...

Garlics...

Daging...ikut la nk cincang ka...tpi aku suka yg kena potong kiub kecik2...bru la rsa sket..

Oregano n basil leaves~beli yg dlm peket satu rm2.50~3.00 ja...murah...xyah la duk beli hat McCormick bgai...sama ja rsa dia...

Capsicum

Gula

Garam

Pak aji~aku ngaku aku pkai pak aji dlm almost msakkan aku sbb mama aku pun pkai...mama aku ckp alah, org kita ni kalau makan kat mamak mkn nasi puteh kacang benci n ikan goreng pun sedap tak hengga la...tpi bila msak sdri xsedap la mcm mamak msak...mama kata lagi mau xsedap...tuang aji setengah kilo...rebus bendi pun aji...ikan goreng pun aji...silap2 nasik pun aji..

Well at least bak kata mama kalau kita jenis yg msak sdri makan ni...kita buh la sket2 dkt dlm msakkn kita...tpi xdak la aku tanak nasik or goreng ikan ka rebus bendi pun nk letak pak aji kesyang tu...alah...kau ingat serbuk knorr smua tu bebas ka msg?tipu la...

Wut u nid to do

Potong fresh tomatoes n blend...

Panaskan minyak...guna palm oil sudah...pliz be proud of our own oil..kalau kau blajaq chem eng mcm aku...kau pun tau palm oil ni pun bgus ja cuka barat ja nk mndown grad kn kita pnya ni sbb xnak kita pnya mnyk jdi hi price so mulalah diorg sebarkan dakyah2 kununnya palm oil ni jahat gila...nnt entri yg akn datang akan aku cita mcm mana palm oil ni bleh jdi jahat gila okeng?!

Back to topic...pastu tumis la onion n garlic smpi layu2 n then msukkn tomatoes yg kita blend td...

Terus msukkan daging kisar/daging kiub td...

Tambah ayaq agk patut padan n then buh la garam gula n pak aji sket...pak aji tu buh sket ja..jgn over k...p mati la org barat xmakan pak aji ka apa ka...janji satisfy kita pnya tekak...huhu...apa kenda pun kalau bab2 makanan ni kita jgn over2 rite..over garam hi blood..over gula diabetes...over pak aji nnt ssh nk mngaji n botak..pndek kata bersederhana la ya...

Okeng2 sori mak da over ekting...

Biaq la sampai kuah tu pekat...

Pastu capsicum2 td yg da potong buh la dlm kuah tu...

Kalau nk buh cendawan butang...buh la sblm capsicum td ya...

Spegetti tu awai2 lgi kena rebus ya..buh garam n minyak sket spya bgi rsa n xdak la spegetti tu melekat2....


Ok lah heppy tryin...


P/s:dulu tingat msa belajaq...ada membe aku tnya kt lcturer aku psai msg...ada org wat testin kt rumput ka apa ntah..pastu mati rumput tu...lecturer aku kata mana leh sama kan rumput tu ngn manusia...well at least kena la test kt tikus2 putih kt dlm makmal(puihhh skema nya ayat aku)....well,aku sokong ckp dia...byk testing pun pkai tikus bknnya rumput...trpulang la kt org...kalau korg mmg banned gila2 pak aji ni..aku mmg syg pak aji cuma aku xpkai la over2 mcm kt kedai2 yg pkai stgh peket dlm msakan depa....tpi korng pasti ke kiub knorr tu smua bebas pak aji?sbb serius sama ja dua2...hahaha

overall...tempat ni mmg best...suka!
sbb rsa mcm best ja...
n i enjoy d food...
satu set ni for only MYR13.90(soup+pasta/mexican fish+ice lemon tea+ice cream-->i forgot to take d pic..soryy)
next time rsa nk try dia pnya salmon plak....
n fyi....en amir ada wat something msa tgh dinner kt sni...
n he nearly made me wanna cry....

Ok lah kali ni review psai the famous puncak mutiara...rsanya kalau sapa2 dok area penang esp mainland..kulim ka mst tau psai tmpt ni...

Located at kg pelet, penanti...

Yg special psai tmpt ni sbb diorg ada ladang diorg sdri mcm ladang kambing..ayam kampung..lembu n even ostrich...

Menarek kan...


As for the food i would recomend briyani peha kambing..rn18.80

And another set is briyani wif ayan kampung+kambing+any juice at rm19.90...worth rite?

N jgn lupa cuba the mutiara mushroom...sedap!rasa mcn ayam woo...

As for western food, i have tried chicken maryland but its over cooked i think so it not meet my tekak pnya criteria...so i wouldnt recomend it for anyone...

Better p makan kt nan western...lgi nyummm2...

Its sakae sushi momento again...

Well....

We gone crazy over sushi...esp from sakae sushi...

Nyummm2....

Bajet jepun la hg alia!podahhh....

Hahahha....actually sakae sushi doin a promotion for its opening @ first avenua penang....

Weee.... We love it...buy red plate worth rm5.99 and u get free anothet plate...limited for 10 plates only...

As usual...msti la cukup kuota kan..kalau x rugi mati lah...

Means dat for 10 plates we only pay rm59.99...and our dinner last nite only cost us about rm62...worth right?

Plus some more...sakae sushi is way better than sushi king n a bit cheaper...

So my vote wil totally goes to sakae sushi compared to sushi king...hahaha

But....zanmai sushi @ the gardens kl stil d best one!
