Since my kak ipaq n frens been askin me for so many times about dis resipi...let me tell ya how to do it....

Bahan2;
Kuey tiaw
Udang
Kerang~rebus n perisi ya
Daun kucai
Taugeh
Serbuk cabai~bancuh sket dgn ayaq panas
Kicap
Bawang merah
Bwang puteh
Garam
Pak aji

Cara2;
-panaskan minyak...tehn tumis bawang merah n bawang puteh yg da dipotong halus smpai naik bau...
-then masukkan serbuk cabai or cili yg da dibancuh tdi...tambah ayaq sket...bgi cabai tu masak sket...then buh plak kicap...ohh ya...serbuk cabai tu xyah byk sgy...agak patut padan saja ya..
-bila da nmpk kicap n cabai td da blend well...then seasoning kn dia...buh garam n pak aji ckup rsa ok...
-then masukkan kuey tiaw...agak ayaq kurang top up sket...kalau tak ckup rsa...buh la apa yg patut...
-then masuk plak udang...n then baru masuk kerang...
-jgn smpai udang tu overcooked n kecik sgt...then terus immediately masukkan daun kucai yg da dipotong  n taugeh td...kalih2 sat...trus tutup api...
-taraaa...da siapp dah...senang ja
Kalau nak sedap boleh la makan ngn cabai jeruk...but since xwat pun cabai jeruk...potong ja la cabai or cili tu n then buh kicap ikan/sotong...pastu bleh mnikmati kuey tiaw kerang ni dgn penuh nikmat...ewahhh...dan2 pagi2 ni lapaq kuey tiaw kerang!ishkkkk
