Makan2 di Lagenda Cafe

Assalamualaikum

Kali ni di segmen JJCM di Penang.. Nak cerita skit pasal kami pi makan dekat Lagenda Cafe ni...

Located at Lebuh Campbell, Lagenda Cafe merupakan salah satu cafe tumpuan baik local mahupun foreingers. And... Owner dia adalah sama dengan Irama Dining.



Ni lah cafe  nya. I like d classic looks here.

Jom kita tengok nak makan apa ya. 


Memang peminat P Ramlee kot. I love how the owners decorate their cafe here n at Irama Dining. Its classical Malaysia culture. 



Our starter. Cheese sticks.. Nyummy.. I like the dipping sauce.. Satu macam cheesy.. Satu lagi ada tangy taste n tengit like hint of balsamic vinegar which i love... Oh yes.. I love both of the dipping sauce. Some might hate the taste of balsamic vinegar. 


Tokua / tauhu sumbat. Not bad. Kauh kacang sedap. Dats the most important thing if u want to have a perfect tokua sumbat. 


Chicken chop.. We are expecting oriental sauce as we asked the girl/waiter either it is oriental sauce or not. And she replied it is.. Unfortunately it was not. Ordered 2 sets of chicken chop for the kids but none of them finish as they dont really like the flavour of the gravy. Maybe sebab ada hint of coconut oil in it. I can taste the "pungent" smell and taste of coconut oil in it. Some people might not like it. But i'm OK with it as my late grandmas used to cook dishes with coconut oil. 



This os what i ordered. As soon as mine arrived, the kids want to have mine😏😏😏
I like this prawn aglio olio. It tastes good. Definitely will comeback for their aglio olio πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹


My husband, grill fish with bunga telang rice. The grill fish is good. 


What i like about the nasi set is they com3 with this sets of side dishes (keropok, kerabu mangga, air asam, sambak belacan n etc).. 


I love the ambience. 


Thank u sebab belanja papa. Semoga makin murah rezeki....

'An Auspicious & Prosperous Celebration' @ Lexis Suites Penang

Sedar tak sedar sat ja lagi dah nak masuk Chinese New Year (CNY) kan... Mesti la kita semua sebagai warga negara Malaysia turut sama rasa kemeriahan nak sambut CNY. walaupun bukan orang Cina.. Tapi perayaan CNY adalah salah satu perayaan yang aku tunggu2. Sebab time ni la.. Kita dapat rasa sama2 kemeriahan beraya walaupun berlainan bangsa.

I still remember back then.. When CNY + Hari Raya was celebrated together as both fall at close date/day to each other . We had Gong Xi Raya for two years. I remembered having mandarin oranges on Hari Raya and get ang paw. Oh the good old days.

To all my Chinese friends, have u plan for your  makan besar? If not... I would love to suggest you to have your makan besar @ Lexis Suites Penang as they are having An Auspicious & Prosperous Celebration.



Ok before you ask, apa yang bestnya makan besar dekat Lexis Suites Penang ni... Let me tell you now ok..

Hot Roast Lunch and Dinner Buffet at The Glasshouse, The Prestige Hotel.

Pada Sabtu yang lepas aku berkesempatan untuk join jemputan daripada The Prestige Hotel untuk Hot Roast Lunch and Dinner Buffet depa. Untuk pengetahuan semua The Prestige Hotel ni adalah satu hotel baru di Penang. Betul2 dekat area herritage semua tu. Kalau nak tau dekat ja dengan Jetty Ferry tu.



And hotel ni tersangatlah cantik and boleh dikatakan hampa boleh toya2 feeling2 ada kat Europe ka mana ka... Instafames sure suka mai tang ni...

Ok lah.. Mai la nak cerita skit pasai Hot Roast Lunch and Buffet Dinner ni... Untuk pengetahuan semua.. Buffet ni hanya ada hari Sabtu dan Ahad  sahaja. Bukan semua hari ada ya. Cuma kalau hari Sabtu tu depa buat time dinner dan ahad tu time lunch ya.

Untuk Non Muslim, bagi yang nak enjoy free flow of beer n wine boleh la add on RM50.. yang Muslim tu takyah la gatai2 ya. Harommmm.

So aaaa jommm la kita tengok makanan2 yang adaaaaa....
